Instructions de ramassage

Step 1: If you arrive from Bangkok Sky Train Phayathai (N2), walk to Exit 1. The Phaya Thai Plaza Building will be on your right-hand side. Step 2: Enter the building and notice the elevator on your right; press the button for the 3rd floor. Step 3: When you exit the elevator, turn right and walk straight to the end of the corridor. At the intersection, stay left; our reception area will be on your left. Press the bell to call the staff. Please have your passport and driver's license ready for verification and sign the car rental contract with a deposit. The staff will take you to pick up your car. We recommend contacting us 15-20 minutes in advance for quicker service. Step 4: We have two pick-up points as follows: 1. G floor, parking lot 31 - 32; 2. 3rd floor, parking lot 88 - 90. The staff will assist you in picking up your car here. If you have any issues, please contact our call center at +66 2 113 1155, available 24 hours a day.

Return your car at Phayathai Plaza Building by receiving a white parking card. Our staff will stamp the parking card. If lost, a fine will be charged, not included in the parking fee. You can return your car at G Floor, Parking Lot 31-32 and 3rd Floor, Parking Lot 88-90. Please contact the staff 15-20 minutes in advance. Exigences relatives au permis de conduire

Le conducteur principal et tout conducteur supplémentaire doivent fournir un permis de conduire physique complet sans mention majeure. La licence doit être détenue pendant au moins 1 an(s).
